Over the past 4 weeks we have been dealing with the subject of "Shame" during our weekly web radio shows on www.BBSRadio.com "ET Healing Show and Explorations in Consciousness." This show airs every Thursday evening at 8 PM PST. All previous shows are now in the archives and available for downloading.
This has been one of the most powerful subjects we have ever dealt with. We are told that we are a "Shame based Race." We not only carry our own shame and family lineage but we also carry the shame of all that has transpired on our planet at the cellular level.
We have explored the subjects of "Sex & Shame"…how it plays out in our World, "Sex, Shame and Religion…it's Cellular", "Family Shame…The Gift that Keeps Giving" and "Our Bodies…No Body is Perfect."
I am always guided by our "Friends" on the material for these shows and I go through the same process that all the listeners experience as the material comes to me for the show. This last 4 weeks has taken me personally through the biggest process of my life as I have seen how all this has lodged in my cells and my psyche as well. I've experienced flu like systems and deep emotional sorrow as I've dredged up all the ways that experienced Shame throughout my life through parents, foster parents, marriages, lovers, children and more.
I have been amazed at how much shame I carried and how it all got there. I was convinced that with the over 3,000 sessions that we have done on clients that I would have processed out all the Shame and other issues that we are laden with on this planet but I was wrong. I am always willing to share my own process with others because I believe that we are all a part of one another and that there is a piece of me in all of you and a piece of all of you in me. This has been stated many ways but for me this is the most personal way of describing it. Oh, we can say we are all one and that is true but it feels very impersonal and too much of a theory.
During the shows the energy comes into each person's home through their computer and everyone that is listening whether live or through the archives is moved and experiences a deep emotional shift. The love and help that we are experiencing through this process is beyond any words that I can write here.
It's time for us to find our freedom from the emotions that have held us down and kept us locked into a limited concept of who we really are. As we look at the way all these emotions have played out on the planet and in our personal lives there is a deep and profound emotional shift.
I've received so many emails from people expressing their gratitude. We are addressing issues in a way that is setting people free from the guilt and rage that ensues from all the shame. It has stood in the way of our having the lives we've only dreamed about and the permission to step into our great work that we have all known was there but found almost impossible to bring into being.
There will be several shows that will be done in full channel which they call a "Divine Dispensation." What does that mean? Well, "Divine" is just what it implies and "Dispensation" means "outside the law" which in this case is the laws of planet Earth. During these shows they will "lift" all the shame that we have identified in our personal lives as having held us down and kept us from allowing all the love and freedom that the entirety of the Universe desires for us.
Some people have asked me why they have to listen to the shows identifying the sources of shame and my answer is very simple. These shows are intended to stir it up…bring it up and identify where it's being held in each person. This is "our" homework….work to take us home to the truth of who we are.
It is true that we are in the "Ascension" process but that does not assure that we will all move through it at the same rate nor in the same way. Their goal for us is to do it as elegantly as possible and become the activators and awakeners of others. It is our choice how we walk through this process. They can only offer the help but we must be willing to accept it and do the "work" that is required on our part to unwind from the planetary emotional limitations that have held us back.
I want to address something very important here. Some people have asked why the "Star Brothers and Sisters" or ET's or Aliens or whatever you may want to call them don't intervene in what's currently happening on our planet. The answer is very simple. They not only cannot but they won't because as a collective we have told them not to. We, as a collective, believe that we will triumph through the reclaiming of our true power, light and authority.
It doesn't take as many people as any of you may believe to turn the tide on this planet. It does take commitment. It's about each one of us healing ourselves. That's the first step in the evolution of a planet.
Many people have told me that they've been working on their own healing for years and years. I can tell you that I've been doing the same thing but nothing has touched me as deeply as the love, help and guidance that is coming through now. It is not just healing this lifetime but all lifetimes….everywhere. It's integration of all of our "selves" from everywhere.
The entire Universe is in the same process of moving to the next level of their evolution and we are a part of this shift. When we begin to look at the bigger picture we realize that everyone has their role…their part in this grand dance.
