Dear Friends: This has been a very exciting and difficult time as we continue the web radio series on "Shame" on http://www.bbsradio.com/ every Thursday at 8 PM PST. February 1st we began the first show on Shame with "Sexual Shame." February 8th was "Sex, Shame and Religion", February 15th was "Family Shame…the Gift that Keeps Giving", February 22nd "Shame and Our Bodies…No Body is Perfect." On March 1st we wrapped up identifying where and how we carry shame with "Poor Choices and Remorse the Back-Door of Shame." On March 8th there was "The Sacred Dispensation." That Show was done in full channel and finally we began the "lifting of the shame." These shows are all in the "Archives."
This has been the most fascinating and difficult work that I have ever done. It has taken me on a personal journey of awakening and discovery to see where and how I have carried Shame. As the information for the shows has come in I have gotten ill, blown out chakras, blown out organs and spent week-ends on the couch recovering. This is the biggest emotional purging that I have ever done.
Was it worth it? You bet it's been worth it. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and I know that we will never be the same again after this work. Has it been difficult….oh yes!
Why shame and why now? Well, in December we did 2 shows on December 14th and December 21st which were also a "Sacred Dispensation" for "Forgiveness of Self." It was an experiment to see how we would fare through the experience. It was a wonderful gift and many are still experiencing the effects of these shows. What we learned was the fact that we were unable to go to the depths of forgiveness because of "Shame" which stood in the way of our allowing.
I've had many emails from people who've been amazed at the way Shame has acted as that invisible Plexiglas shield between them and all they desire. It's insidious. It creeps in from everywhere and we are not consciously aware of where it sits or how we got it. Many people don't even realize that they have it.
Some people have gone into process and had a difficult time as we moved through this. I honor all of you and my heart goes out to you. This has not been easy for many of you. Healing….all of it can be very difficult….especially when we are doing it on this scale. This is about freedom people. It's about finally being able to create the magnificent realities that we came here to do without the impediment of Shame as the Elephant in the Living Room that no one talks about and some don't even see.
Where do we put shame? Well, it's stuffed into our bodies…everywhere. Some of us park it in an organ and some of us spread it all over. How do we know where it is…well, check in with your bodies. Mine was in my kidney….and my bladder. It was also stuck in my first and second chakra and some of it in the third. It interfered with my safety, security, passion, sensuality, sexuality, creativity, manifestation, emotions and POWER!!!
Many people have felt it in their intestines, jaws, teeth, skin and just about anywhere and everywhere. Imagine what it's going to be like not carrying Shame. Not only carrying our personal shame but planetary shame as well. Imagine the freedom, joy and power!
I want to thank all of you that have participated in this process. I absolutely know that it's not been easy to do this and visit all the places and ways in which we have been imprinted with shame. I often laugh about telling people "oh boy, I'm going home to listen to a radio program about Shame." It's your commitment to this process that has driven me forward through my own discomfort and struggle with this process.
I want to take this opportunity to tell all of you that I can feel you during the shows. We are all so connected during this process and that's the beauty. We are doing this together. Joining together in a single purpose creates such amazing energy and power and is supported by the entire Spiritual Hierarchy of this planet, galaxy, Universe and beyond as well as our star families and friends. They know our courage and commitment and rush to support it. We are fulfilling that which we came here to do and doing it with great aplomb.
What is a "Sacred Dispensation?" Dispensation is described as "outside the law." It's outside the laws of this planet. Sacred is self explanatory. It really means that there is a coming together of vast energies outside the planet to support and create. Who are these energies? Well….some that you know and others that you do not. Imagine all Beings…coming together to support a single act or intention…adding their energies to a single intent. That's the best explanation that I can give. It's far bigger than we can actually understand. It's beautiful and loving. A good friend of mine often says "if you name me you negate me." Therefore….I seldom use names for that very reason. Oh, I could name many names here and you would know some of them and others you may never have heard of. Does that make it less powerful? Of course, not! On the other side of the veil there is no real separation…only we as humans see things as separate.
I could say that it's God, Goddess, All That Is, Source of All, The Infinite, the entire Spiritual Hierarchy, The entire Angelic and Arch Angelic Realms and on and on. Does that make it any more powerful or important? Somehow, I don't believe it does. I could also say it's your Soul, your Higher Self and your Spirit. Yes, it's all of these and so much more. By what authority do I tell you these things? You see, that's where we get into trouble. When we individualize we minimize. We look at things as being more or less and on the other side of the veil those units of measure don't necessarily apply. It's our humanness that wants names and levels of importance. It just IS!
I have had to learn to be in absolute trust with all things, to stay in the now moment and not project ahead. It's not been easy for me. I was in business for years and did projections and future values of solid things. Those methods don't apply to where we are going now. I believe it's that very trust that has led me through so much and into something that most people can't even believe is possible.

Dear Ones: "You are being observed by so many at this time. What a splendid thing you are doing. What courage it has taken for you all to look at Shame. We know that this has been difficult. Each one of you has been lovingly supported as you have gone through this most unpleasant and uncomfortable exploration.
In your dreamtime you have been in meetings with your Guides, Higher Selves and each other as you move through this process. You are never, ever alone. For some of you it has been very painful and for others it has been distasteful. There is nothing pretty about Shame.
You are not only healing yourselves but you are having a direct affect on the entirety of Humanity and the Mass Consciousness during this process. Congratulate yourselves for what you have been willing to do.
